I referred a friend/ family member but I haven’t received any points

To get the promised points, the following requirements need to be met:

- Make sure that you have invited them to join TGM via the referral link provided by us.
- Make sure that your friend or your family member has fully completed his or her first survey.

Once the aforementioned requirements are met, your points will be automatically added to your account.
