I participated in a survey but I haven’t received any reward
There are many reasons why this happens:
- The client may cancel the project
- Detection of suspicious activity
- It is possible that you have already finished this survey in a different research panel, therefore, the system will detect it and reject it. Each survey can be completed only once, independently of the panel.
- It happens that the old browser cache slows down the balance update on the user's profile. Please clear your cache and check your balance by going to the "Rewards" tab
- If a technical problem occurred and an error page appeared after the survey please send us the screenshots of the error and the survey number.
