Am participat la un sondaj, dar nu am primit nicio recompensă

There are many reasons why this happens:

  • The client may cancel the project 
  • Detection of suspicious activity 
  • It is possible that you have already finished this survey in a different research panel, therefore, the system will detect it and reject it. Each survey can be completed only once, independently of the panel. 
  • It happens that the old browser cache slows down the balance update on the user's profile. Please clear your cache and check your balance by going to the "Rewards" tab 
  • If a technical problem occurred and an error page appeared after the survey please send us the screenshots of the error and the survey number.
